Can the entire world of rentals fit under one roof?
UlovDomov started as a simple rental portal, but quickly evolved, adding apps for property owners, managers, and private landlords. Before long, things got confusing. Customers were leaving reviews for one company on the pages of another, and the employees spent a great deal of time explaining the switcharoo. The company needed to clean up the chaos and give the brands a clear architecture. And bringing order to madness is our thing!
One brand to rule them all
After a marathon of workshops and debates, we decided to go the Branded House way. That means establishing one powerhouse brand and simply attaching simpler sub-brand names to it. And since the company transforms the rental journey into one big, stress-free walk, the name Livendo was born, which in Czech evokes exactly that. Once our baby was named, its visual identity followed, featuring a distinctive "L" symbol. All in all: situation analysis, strategy, naming and visual identity. Textbook authors would be beaming with pride!
