We’re bold. Be bold.

Marketing today is boooring. Brands and agencies are afraid to stand out, even though that’s the only way for customers to remember them. You won't get boring from us. We want to make brands, strategies, names, identities and ads that make people feel something. Ones that people actually like.

We’re probably not everyone’s cup of tea.

We don't really do one-offs. We’re too old for that. What we’re looking for is a long-term business relationship with someone who is willing to grow, to build, to be different or to make the world a slightly better place.

Questions make everything better. Even us.

A good brand starts with the right question. The right question leads to clever strategy and that in turn leads to bold creative ideas. And we all love ideas like that, don't we? Simply put, questions make our work better. That’s why we’re called YYY.

We’re happy to leave ‘pretty’ and ‘mediocre’ to AI. We are here to create things that grab people’s attention and that can transform brands, markets, opinions or moods. Emotion and real impact are more important to us than lions or likes.

Less talk, more work.

You won't really see us at conferences. Or in your feed with this week’s piece of wisdom. We prefer a clear idea to a 200-slide presentation. We don’t believe in overnight success or showmanship. Glory is great, results are better. Go on then, back to work!

We don't gatekeep knowledge. We pass it on to clients, students, and colleagues in various classes, lectures or coffee machine chats. We also believe that if you’re doing well, you should share. That’s why we share up to ¼ of our profits amongst our employees. So, what benefits do *you* have?
