What do you say about a product that doesn’t stand out?

Becherovka, a traditional Czech herbal liqueur, decided to enter the vodka market. But beyond offering solid quality at a fair price, there was nothing particularly remarkable about it. So we made its ordinariness the foundation of our concept. And instead of shooting above the Arctic Circle, we travelled to a studio just three blocks from our office.

A different kind of vodka campaign

Komunikace vodek a dalších lihovin je plná klišé. Polární záře, psí spřežení, Fin vycházející ze sauny. Tomu jsme se my chtěli vyhnout a vnést do tohohle vážného světa i trochu humoru. Koneckonců, přiznejme si to sami: že je vodka jemná jako polibek mrazivě čistých kosmonautských duší by ani pan GPT nenapsal.Vodka advertising is full of clichés: northern lights, dog sleds, a Finnish guy stepping out of a sauna. We wanted to be anything but that — and to bring a bit of humour into this overly serious world. After all, let’s be honest: even Mr GPT couldn’t convincingly write that vodka is “as smooth as a kiss from the frosty souls of cosmonauts.”
